Our aquatic friends deserve attention too! This goofy little guy is known as an Axolotl. They’re long-lived, surviving up to 15 years in still water aquariums. It was unofficially dubbed “The Walking Fish” by many, given its unique characteristics. Whatever you call them, they sure are adorable!

Fun Facts about Chihuahuas!

Did you know the Chihuahua is a descendent of the Techichi, the companion dog of the ancient Toltecs? The breed is likely derived from a cross-breeding of the Techichi and a small hairless dog that was brought to the Americas from Asia, over the land bridge that once existed between Asia and Alaska.

Get to know your Caretakers:
Forbes Pet Care was started not long after I moved from open fields and horse country to the heart of Baltimore City. I grew up working on our family farm taking care of horses, goats, pigs, emus and even peacocks! Basically, you name it and i’ve probably worked with them.

Did you know orange kitties sport a distinct “M” marking on their foreheads, a feature shared by all tabby cats. Several legends swirl around the mysterious M. Whatever the reason, we think it’s an adorable mark of distinction!

Did you know Frenchies are sensitive in nature and will mope around for hours if they have been yelled at? If you have a Frenchie that needs a lot of attention when it comes to discipline, it would be wise to not yell at it at all.
