Offering a safe place for goats to be re-homed. We are located outside of Barclay, in Queen Anne’s Co, MD. Reach out anytime if you need help with your animals.

We offer goats & chickens needing a new home, a place to live out their life. If you need to re-home your goats, chicks or other small farm animals, as long as there are no aggression issues, etc, this is a safe place for them to live a happy life, and we will gladly take them in to join our herd. We never take our animals to auction or sell them for meat. They are simply our pets and have a sanct

uary to enjoy here on our small home farm. We have a little over 5 acres here outside of Barclay in Queen Anne’s County, MD, with a great pasture area, strong fence (lol) individual houses, run in, and are working on adding a barn and some more fun climbing/play areas. We have a curious girl 🐥

Being a crazy chicken lady involves walking out to check on our chickies 🐥to find one little adventurous girl. 🤣🤣 She thinks the baby gate there is her perch…they really can’t go outside for a few more weeks. Suggestions, ideas 💡 lol….still need to keep them warm under the lamp but she is regularly jumping out. Don’t wanna wake up one day and she has made her way upstairs or something 😜

Colonel Sanders just wants to cuddle 🐔❤️

🐔 Feature Friday - Colonel Sanders! So Col Sanders is not a rescue but he came in our batch of chicks when we thought we were getting all hens-much to our surprise we had a ton of roosters mixed in! He is such a sweetheart and gets along great with several other Roos that we have. He loves ❤️ to be held and with people-so much so that when you put him down and tell him to go play with his buddies he just keeps coming back like pick me back up 😜 he’s too cute. Here is a short video clip of him with the boys-at this point he had been a lap Chicken for at least 20 mins and still wanted to cuddle 🤗 We love him and despite his name he will never be turned into fried chicken. He’s a forever Roo here at the farm.
