Yeti 6yr old grade gelding

Still have this gelding up for grabs. I have been using him in my lesson program, and he seems to do just fine.

Late post:
Tres 2 yr old- from untouchable to now a pleasant ride 🙌🏽
Less than 60 rides working on the four corner exercise, and his first time ever attempting to lope the pattern.
Will get some updated videos soon!
Thank you Linda Smith for trusting me with your guy!
He’s coming along nicely!
Tres
2 yr old AQHA gelding
He’s come so far since we first stared with him. This video shows from his first ride in the arena to roughly 45 days later.
His first couple videos we posted back when we first began saddle breaking him, he was quite the spirited one! Not a whole lot was done with Tres until we got him in. He was pretty much untouchable without some coaxing.
Here he has turned in to quite the mount and coming along nicely. No more lunging before each ride, just get on and go!! 🙌🏽
More videos coming as he begins learning to collect, work off leg pressure better, and flexing.
👑 King 👑
4 yr old gelding OTTB Gelding
This video shows the beginning of our process.
From the first day of having a western saddle on, then at the 2nd week of arena work learning circles, stopping, backing, moving off leg pressure and inside rein.
Our next videos will be posted half way through our training process to see progression.
We did notice that he was tender on his fronts after working him for a few days, hoping some front shoes will make him comfortable so he can carry on.
Here’s to more training days! 🙌🏽

Arena work.
Got this guy in to put some more bells and whistles on him. He’s a little on the green side but he is coming along well.
We went from not loping straight lines or nice circles to now rail work and loping circles. Still not perfect, but we will work on that. Over the next few weeks we will be working on his leads, riding off leg pressure, working off his hind end and stepping across, as well as learning to do some slow roll backs and should control.

I have the perfect Christmas present for a kid looking to get into speed events/ barrel racing!
Coming 14yr Bay QH/Arab mare 14.1hh
Will run playdate events but mainly knows barrels. Runs 4D/5D with small youth rider, would probably be more 3D/4D with a more experienced rider.

Razor
This girl had a late start when she came to me. We later found she had some soreness that we had checked out and a couple weeks time off.
It didn’t help when the rain kept us from working some days but she is still coming along nicely despite all of our obstacles.
She’s quick and caddy and I believe will make a nice little mare when all is said and done.
In the meantime here’s to seasoning 🥂
Razor
She is finally ready to start hauling! I think she is finally learning where to put those feet and work that rear end. I can’t wait to see how she comes along in another 30 days. Wish I had a before video. But we will keep improving from here and post videos as she progresses. Really enjoying working with her! Thank you Ashley and Chris for letting me work with her.

10yr old gelding
In for a tune up after several years off. I have to say we’re starting to scratch the rust off. Coming to an arena near you for ranch pleasure and reining, soon!
In the beginning I had to have a little help after an injury. Thank you to my daughter, Alyvia, for helping get this one started off.
Thank you Earl Dubose for trusting me with your colt. He’s almost ready to come home! He’s been a joy to work with and bring along!!
Tuesday training tip
Please understand not everyone trains the same, what works for me may not work for you. I’ve been training horses almost my whole life and have found my own methods to use. I don’t know everything and I learn something new everyday. This here may be a tip you haven’t tried and could help when needed. Others may tell you something different, but at the end of the day…. remember no one knows everything and without trial and error you’ll never know what you can accomplish!

💥4 year old barrel prospect (GRADE)💥
15hh
Black QH gelding
Already started on the pattern, still needs to be worked on correctness. He will pick up leads, lope circles, decent on roll backs if you work with him, knows the basics, and is ready to move on with. Has been lightly trotting and loping other patterns as well.
He was originally purchased for one of my students a few months ago, but due to injuring her foot she is not able to ride currently. He doesn’t need to sit. He needs to be worked and they are not in a position to pay for training plus trying to get her something down the road already going. (It’s a patience thing with young girls 😅)
He is not for a beginner!! He’s young and he has some spirit to him. He will crow hop when not ridden regularly and has reared with me once. I got on to him, worked him a little, and he hasn’t done it since. He can be nippy but once you put him in his place he will stop. He’s really goofy 🤪

He has been started on EPMSD to help him build some muscle and keep his rear end under him around the barrels. He’s already filling out like he should!
He’s up to date on feet trim, teeth, and current coggins
Please no tire kickers he’s cheap and he will make someone a nice horse. He’s willing to work, loves to work, and needs a career. Come try him!!
I have videos upon serious requests. PPE welcomed at buyers expense.

Wrap 2 yr old filly
A couple more weeks and she will be finishing her 90 days.
Can’t say enough good things about this filly!
She has the attitude + the brains, and can’t wait to see what her future holds!
Thank you again Tim for trusting me with her!
Wrap 2yr old filly
I’ve had the pleasure of breaking this filly and now introducing her to the pattern. This is 60 days from breaking to introducing her to the pattern.
1st time asking her to lope and only the 2nd day she has been on the pattern. She’s a smart little filly with a whole lot of attitude to back it! She will be with me another 30 days to keep her progression moving!
Thank you Tim Butler for trusting me and allowing me to work with her.
