We are beyond excited to announce that we will be doing a super fun dog event this fall!! Barks in the Park!! Harwich Animal Control, Harwich Chamber of Commerce, Harwich Community Center and Harwich Health Department are working together to bring this amazing event to Harwich!! This event is free admission! We will have a raffle to raise money for the The Sampson Fund for Veterinary Care who helps so many folks on Cape Cod with pet medical expenses. Mark your calendars!!!

LEAVE YOUR PETS HOME!!!!!

It is TOO HOT and DANGEROUS in this heat!!!! It is 91 degrees OUTSIDE right now which means your vehicle inside is MUCH HOTTER!!!

We should not have to be going to calls with dogs left in vehicles in this heat! Be responsible and leave your pets at home!!!

HOLD OFF ON EXERCISE WITH YOUR PETS UNTIL IT COOLS DOWN!!!

Heat Stroke is very real and kills many pets each year. IF YOU LOVE THEM, LEAVE THEM HOME!!!

ACO Talk Series Class! This class is FREE and will be very informative!

Come learn about Canine Body Language and how dogs communicate with us and other animals. Fantastic class for anyone in the dog world! Whether you work in the dog world as a Vet Tech, Vet Assistance, Vet Reception, Pet-Sitter, Groomer, Dog store, Volunteer/work at a shelter or rescue, Work with missing dogs or you just have your own dog!! Come learn about how they communicate!!

It’s my birthday!! 🥳 I got to spend the morning petting and feeding dogs, goats, miniature horses, and a donkey, 🫏 and exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee!!
