Finally! Yogurt is back in stock after we got a new Instantpot. I tried all different kinds of starter and finally figured it must be the instant pot. After getting a new one, I can definitely tell my old seal was bad. But this instant pot will just be for yogurt.

Thanks to Hunt Construction for pouring the new cement in Floras milking barn. So I make a really good mouthwash, I must say. It’s kind of a weird thing to make, but everyone likes it. I sold out and had a special order to ship off out of state. Her comment is attached. My dentist loves it and endorses it. We’ve used it for 13 years. All health begins in the mouth. 😁😬

Wow, time is flying by! The fridge is nicely stocked up with Kiefer, kombucha, yogurt, milk, kimchi, custard, and yogurt pops in the freezer. Lots of free veggies. And some kombucha babies! Healthy belly = healthy body!

Veggie swap! This week we were gifted with cherries, peaches and plums!! We made peach and strawberry tarts with yogurt on top. Also a version today with ice cream, toasted coconut and some extra salt. And overnight oats with peaches and extra protein. Made juice of the plums for jelly later. It is so nice to know where our food comes from. Thank you friends. We are blessed!
