Had to give away my beautiful lil uro man this year, due to time constraints and growing spacial constraints. After 4 years and rehabbing him from initial surrender, it was so hard to say goodbye. Although I am glad for finding an adopter that checked all the boxes and sends updates🥰 please enjoy these shots taken in his new home. I think he looks happy there 🖤 I do miss my silly little lizard man

This weekend has been bitter sweet, adopters were found for a number of the reptile family. We’re at a point in our lives where we can no longer provide as much as these guys deserve so the decision was made to find forever homes where they will receive better accommodations as well as more individual attention. My hope is that they have better lives than we could provide moving forward and our members that do stay can then be given more as resources will be shared amoung a smaller number of individuals and to lighten the current responsibility load with an infant. We said goodbye as they said hello to the next chapter in their long reptile lives. Daliah, Pongo, CC, Cinnamon, Lil F***er, and one of the July surprise tokay eggs have all been placed. Cheezit, Moon, and Summer are all pending pickup. I will soon be reassessing and determining who else is ready for adoption. Bonnie and Clyde (bonded rabbits) are still seeking a home. There is also some young male rats (dumbo and Rex) that are adoptable at this time. Blue is also getting ready to move but she will be reunited with her original keeper in his new home out of state. It’s been an honor to care for all these guys over the course of the last several years, it’s been heart wrenching to watch them go but I know they deserve the best and finding proper placement is what’s best for them and our family.
