In light of recent happenings I am making this post. Below you will see some reviews that aren't on FB and some photo's. Last week we had one person leave without paying and another tried not to pay for her services. The one complaint we get is how much time we spend doing what we do with the animals, we do this for a reason and most customers appreciate what we do because we do it for the sake of the animals. When I took over this business my main goal was to not be like any other salon out there and so far we are well on our way to the goals I have set for it. Most of the animals that come in here are HAPPY and COMFORTABLE to be here and love us as much as we love them! Humans and animals! We strive to build a relationship and Trust with both our human and animal clients, we aren't a chaotic, stressful, scary environment like most places which is why the animals feel more comfortable being here, nor do we shove your pets in a cage and let them sit until we are ready to work on them, they socialize and interact with us, we love on them and when they and build the trust needed to safely do what has to be done. Sometimes it will take every employee in the salon to get through a groom, we get bit, scratched, peed on, pooped on, we have taken dogs that were deemed un groomable and helped them see that it doesn't have to be scary, we save people 300.00 vet bills over the vets saying their dog needs sedated to get it done, we get it done. We have found medical issues owners never even noticed on their pets. Placing human logic and expectation on animals is useless, it's like having a child with trauma you have to slowly work with. Too many people appreciate what we are to their pets for us to change it because of the negative people. Only my head takes 2hrs at the salon to do and I pay twice as much as you people are paying to have their entire dog done, whole body, we do the a**l glands, we make sure your dogs privates are nicely cleaned and ears are nice and clean, brush the entire dog that in most cases hasn't been brushed since it's last visit, we clean their paw pads and do a mani and pedi all on one price. But people want these services completed in an hour or two? No. We take the time needed for each client that comes through the door and will continue to do so. If we were stressing your pets out and slicing and dicing them with our sharp tools because of people's time expectations we would be horrible for that. I think I would rather be looked at badly for doing what is right. For each complaint we have 20 compliments and I will take that any day. There are plenty of other places that are high volume that can maybe accommodate your time expectations better if ours don't work for you. The dogs and most clients appreciate us and your pets aren't concerned about time they are concerned with how they feel at all times. On that note, we have room for a few more clients that want their dog in the kind of environment their pets feel safe, comfortable and loved in. Thank you to all of our wonderful customers who love and appreciate us. We love an appreciate you also!
