Good afternoon Central Pup clients just a few things i want to remind people of. Please remember we are very busy during the day taking care of your fur babies so we can't always get to the phone but please leave a voicemail if you want us to return your call or take advantage of the online booking centralpupwv.com if you are trying to book an appointment. Also, keep in mind we schedule your appointments at your specific times for a reason. Showing up late puts us very behind so if you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment we have the right to turn you away but happy to reschedule you. Of course if we are able to take you, we will. Last minute cancelations and no shows are not okay here at Central Pup. Our Groomers come into work to make money, you don't show up and they miss out on making money! Please be kind and Let us know you can't come at least 24 hrs prior so we have time to fill the appointment. We have a long list of people wanting to get in asap. Clients filling that spot then no showing is not fair to our groomers and also our loyal clients. We do understand emergencies happen so last minute cancelations are bound to happen occasionally. Please keep all of this in mind and we so so so appreciate all of your business and bringing your pups to Central Pup! We love all of our clients with all of our hearts and are so grateful for every single pup that comes into the salon!

Happy 30 years to friends! Without Friends there wouldn't be Central Pup. (Get it Central Perk) only the true fans catch on right away! So many of our clients come in and talk to me about how much they love the show and it brings me joy to share that love of the show and dogs with you guys! If youre a new customer stop by, call or text and we will be happy to answer any questions you have! Make sure to always leave a voicemail if we don't answer if you want us to call you back.
