The Dojo Loach/Weather loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)
And or, the "pond loach", is a freshwater fish in the loach family Cobitidae.
▪︎They are native to East Asia ,though they are popular as an aquarium fish and introduced elsewhere in Asia and to Europe, America and Australia
▪︎They get to the length of 11.3inches (28.58 cm) average as adults
▪︎Will reach to 6" (15 cm)as juveniles in the aquarium living and can surpass 11.3 inches if required actions/ aquarium size upgrades are made.
▪︎Aquarium Temperature : 50°F to 82°F (aim for 65°F to 75°F) being an Coldwater fish.
They do best with other fish that are compatible in those temperatures as well.
pH levels: 6.5 to 8.0
Water hardness: 5 to 12 dKH
▪︎Dojo Loaches are often colored Pink ,olive green, Grey-black spotted , albino , and gold color.
