Update: ADOPTED!!!!

Moose is an 18-year-old, 15.1 hand, Gypsy Vanner gelding. He is friendly and safe. If you are looking for a comfortable, easy keeper who is great for kids, adults or senior citizens, Moose is your guy!

He does well ridden regularly or once in a while, good for vet and farrier. He loads well on the trailer. Moose is great in the arena or on the trail, more whoa than go. You can take him out with friends or on his own. Moose does require some basic maintenance and needs to be in his own space. Has been trained in both Western and English.

Hello all, apologies for not posting an update sooner. It's been a tumultuous few weeks as we've sadly had to move away from our long-time home. It took us over a week to move everything out of the Springhill Community property and into storage. We are incredibly grateful to a dear friend for letting Connie and her brother and the horses stay with her while we continue our search for a new facility.

That being said, we have continued to receive some very generous donations, including 13.5 tons of hay! Connie has been getting it little by little, but is in need of some good strong volunteers to help with loading and hauling the last 200 bales before they get rained on. Just to keep everyone up to date: we are currently in the process of moving everything and everyone off of the property and into storage with respect to the landlord's wishes to have the property vacant by July 1st. We have found some temporary homes for all of the animals and we are hoping that things will stabilize very soon.

How can you help? We are still in dire need of donations to both our general fund that goes towards the care of the horses as well as for our restricted fund that will go towards lease/facility payments. Please consider donating and sharing with all of your friends!

Thanks to YOUR generous donations, both Damon and Slew got chiropractic work today! Slew has been crooked in her hind end and Damon has been having intermittent lameness issues. Thank you, Dr. Tami Parrott at Healthy Hinges for doing such an amazing job!

The tack sale was a success! Thanks to everyone who showed up, donated, and bought some tack!

Our little pop-up tack store will be set up all week until we start packing everything up to put into storage as we have to move off the property by July 1st and find a new facility. If you would like to come out and browse, just call or text Connie to let her know- 406-580-8165

We are still looking for foster homes for a few of our horses. We have some funds to support their feed, general care, farrier, and vet bills for a little bit of time until we find a new place.

Again, thank you so, so incredibly much for all of the donations we've received! We will get to work very soon on getting Letters of Acknowledgement sent out to those who would like to receive a tax write-off. Our first fundraiser is coming up quick! We have enough stuff to open a tack store ourselves, literally! Come check out our huge tack sale this weekend from 10am-5pm BOTH Saturday and Sunday at 4228 Springhill Community Road, Belgrade.
