It’s that time of the year again! Please be sure to monitor your pups & if you suspect they are ill please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule any upcoming appointments you may have to avoid the spread of any illnesses 🙏

At The Modern Canine we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our salon & have always and will always disinfect surfaces and tools in between clients.

Unfortunately kennel cough is an air-borne virus so there is only so much us dog businesses can do to prevent illnesses. If we suspect your pup is sick while in our care we will contact you to come pick them up. We will continue to do our part, but we ask pet parents to also please be mindful and respectful of the other pups coming in for services. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out! 🐶♥️

Montgomery Police responded to Suffolk Road in Skillman after a dog was reported abandoned on July 25 at 7:45 pm. The caller was walking along the path in the area of the utility building when he heard a dog barking.
