These babies sure are living up to their theme… I can’t believe two weeks have already zipped by so fast! 😭 Their markings are really starting to bloom, and not only are some of them finding their voices, but their peepers too! 👀

Daily ENS has now started to introduce our desensitizing YouTube playlists and we also gave them their first baths + nail dremel, and I’m super proud at how well they all handled it. 💖

Unfortunately due to no fault of their own, one of our approved families had to back out on this particular litter, so that means we now have TWO spots left for one boy and one girl. I’m confident that these kids will excell at anything you set them up for - sport, show, or field - and I cannot wait to see how their personalities begin to develop in the coming weeks…

Green flag, everybody! Let’s race! 🏎️💨

Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines!!

Cadence raced through a smooth labor last night, and has gifted us with her last five beautiful babies. 💖 We currently only have ONE spot left for this litter, so please reach out if you’ve been thinking about adding an Ivy Creek puppy to your family, as we will be taking a long whelping break after this!

For now, I’ll be hanging out next to the whelping box if anyone needs me. 😉

Enjoying the last rays of sunset while continuing to hold out on us with these babies. 🌅

We had our head count x-ray on Friday — the vet thinks 5, but we’ve had a couple folks say possibly even 6… 🤔 I’ll post it down in the comments and let y’all decide!

On to our next exciting bit of news! 🤩

After a lot of behind-the-scenes discussion, coordination, and health checks, we had not only cleared Cadence for one more breeding with our originally intended stud from Interstellar GSPs, but all the pieces thankfully fell into place this go 'round and we have officially confirmed her pregnancy as of last week!

🌟THIS WILL BE HER FINAL LITTER!!🌟

If you have been thinking about adding an Ivy Creek pup to your family, this will be the last opportunity for a fair while as we will be taking a break from breeding in-house, and we are hoping to round out Cadence's amazing contribution to our program with this fantastic pairing. 🤞

BIG UPDATE POST! 🎉

Thanks to Facebook glitching out and cutting us off from our page here, we haven't been able to share a lot of exciting news with you all! 🤦‍♀️ Firstly, all of the Pokepups are doing great and growing up way too fast -- Ellie, Bam, and Milo's folks have given us so many wonderful updates on their adventures in their new homes, while Molina has been having a blast here with us meeting a ton of new friends and zooming through a S.T.A.R. puppy course! (We will be making a separate post shortly about our hopes for her future, as well as some other neat announcements. 😉)

Jason has earned his first (hopefully of many!) titles, snagging his BCAT and two legs towards his JH in the past few weeks. He has also landed a spot on the leaderboard as the NUMBER FOUR GSP in FastCat so far for 2026!! We're aiming to climb at least another spot or two... or three... as the year continues! 💪

Camper and I have started our journey in agility, and we have been officially invited to compete in the Novice tournament at DACOF this year!! 😍 We will also be running together again at the OneWorld Canine Obstacle Course, along with many of our friends and family as a team!

And we have one more bit of fantastic news to share with you all, but that will get its own post... 🤭

💖

If you want to buy a dog and walk away, don’t buy one from me.
If you want to pick a puppy because it came to you when you sat down, don’t buy one from me.
If you don’t want to take my recommendations on what food to feed or what is best for the health and well-being of the dog, after years of experience, don’t buy a dog from me.
If you want a puppy in a hurry, because you need it for a Christmas gift, don’t buy one from me.
If you never plan to update me on how the dog is doing, or send a picture once in a while, don’t buy a dog from me.

However, if you want a puppy that has parents with health testing, that was socialized, loved, and made a priority from the day it was born. A puppy who’s temperament and activity level has been carefully chosen to fit your lifestyle. A puppy selectively and purposefully bred, then maybe you do want to buy a dog from me.
If you want a breeder who will at any time in the dogs life take them back, no questions asked. A breeder who is there 24/7 for you and your dog for questions and concerns and will work hard to help you resolve any issues. Then you might want to buy a dog from me.
If you want a breeder who loves each puppy/dog with all their heart. Well then, we might be a match.
A reputable breeder will be able to provide clearances, an explanation as to why they bred the two dogs. While most of the time they will make little or no money. What money they might get is reinvested into the dogs one way or another.
A reputable breeder knows their dogs and can realistically tell you what to expect and when to guide you toward veterinarians, training facilities, and products that will benefit your dog.
So whatever choice you make, make it with the best interest of the dog in mind and if that’s not your plan, then don’t buy a dog from me.

We have been RIDICULOUSLY busy here this past month, so with a 2025 wrap-up post on its way sometime soon, I wanted to start out by sharing some eight week photos of the crazy kids!

Not only that, but as of now ALL pups from this litter have been placed… with a bit of an added surprise! 😉 We have decided to hold back Squirtle as a potential show prospect, and as she develops we will hopefully be scouting out the perfect family to continue her journey after a few more months. 🤞 So we are beyond excited to re-introduce you to our newly named Poké Pups!

🩵Squirtle: Ivy Creek’s Where You Goin’ To — “Molina”
She will be hanging out with us for a little while!

💛Pikachu: Ivy Creek’s Saddleback Spitfire — “Ellie”
This miniature Camper is staying close to home right here in Florida!

❤️Charmander: Ivy Creek’s Sir Bamington Bananas — “Bam”
Bam the Ham is headed all the way up the coast to North Carolina!

💚Bulbasaur: Ivy Creek’s Sweet Southern Milo — “Milo”
And this very special Texas-bound boy was hand picked to carry on the memory of another beloved pup from our Little Rascals litter. 🫶🏻

The puppies have officially reached a new milestone today at 4 weeks old! We have expanded the play area, I’m slowly finishing a quick clean up and will be adding a few other novelty items for them to play with, and the whelping box has now been replaced by a crate to begin the introduction process. As you can see, it’s already a hit. 😂

Now on to setting up our spot for stacking practice… 👀 I’m excited to see how these little sasspots are putting themselves together!

After some bribing, bartering, and begging… success! 🤣

I can’t believe these babies are already three weeks old — we have officially checked off first baths, first nail trims, and very soon it’ll be first mush as we begin the weaning process. They’re growing up too fast! 😭

We are still accepting one more application for one of these lovely girls, as well!
