A post that is long overdue! A couple months ago Allie joined the Bark of the Town team and I couldn’t have better things to say! Her fun, quirky personality and compassion for the babies and perfecting her craft made her the perfect fit to complete our team. Her grooms are absolutely stunning, we have a similar style, which I love! So excited for 2024 here!

Also bonus points! Allie grooms CATS! we will start accepting cats in February on Tuesdays only to ensure the most relaxed environment for the kitties with no dogs present ❤️🐾

I absolutely love my job and some days these babies remind me even more why. Simba was so scared his first visit. There were some things I couldn’t accomplish and every time I went to get him out of his room it was like we restarted. Today he was a completely different baby! Still nervous for some things but I could tell he was happy he was actually enjoying his groom. Every time I went to his room he was wagging his tail and jumping in my lap. This is why I do my job, why I love my job. It only took two visits for this sweet boy to realize we were friends and I’d never hurt him. I’m so so so proud of you Simba. A little patience and reassurance goes a long way. Love ya buddy! Thank you for being so brave and trusting me! 👏🏽🫶🏽

Thank you to everyone who has supported us this first 6 months in business! I couldn’t thank all our clients and puppies enough! Blessed to have this wonderful place the babies can enjoy coming to! Over 2000 haircuts since we opened! We hope everyone has a safe and blessed holiday!

Time to talk Santa! 🎄🎅🏼

The appointment slots are starting to fill up! If you want pictures with Santa please text me or Teresa, message us, or comment with a time slot and date you’re available! A mass text will be going out to everyone soon so please disregard if you have already signed up.

We will be accepting limited walk ins due to the virus in order to give us time to clean and sanitize in between each pet. Your babies health is our main priority. Please remember to have your pet on a leash and refrain from nose to nose contact during picture sessions. We can’t wait to see everyone!

Good morning every one!! We are still closely following this virus going around! I want to go over a few things!

🐾We are asking everyone who has upcoming appointments please keep your pets home from daycare, avoid dog parks and do not take your dogs with you to any stores that allow dogs (keep in mind other than daycare none of these places check shot records.)

🐾ALL pets must be current in vaccines please check this several days before your appointment. Pets showing ANY symptoms for ANY reason will be rescheduled. Please keep your eye out for any coughing, sneezing, lethargic behavior, vomiting or diarrhea.

🐾We are a NO CONTACT FACILITY. ALL pets must be on leash or in a carrier. Nose to nose contact in our lobby or outside is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at this time. Please help us keep all your babies safe! We are taking all precautionary measures in the salon!

Two videos that completely show why I do what I do and absolutely love it. First kiddos is Frankie. Frankie had to be sedated according to the last groomer. Yes SEDATED for grooming because apparently he was extremely aggressive for grooming. When he walked in I was not expecting to get the sweetest pup you could imagine. It was all fear. I talked him through everything and showed him before I continued. He was groomed nose to toes with no sedation or even a muzzle necessary. N then there my Mj boy. When Mj came to me he had been traumatized at another salon. I could barely touch his face. Any time I went to even put a leash on him he screamed bloody murder. The progress we’ve made in such a short amount of time is insane! Look how well he sits there while I scissor his face. I’m so proud of these two boys for giving me a chance and trusting me. I can now continue to make grooming a positive experience for both of them ❤️
