When we tapped this tree, it was dry for a whole day. Look at it go now! Started boiling 40 gallons of sap this morning, we should have a gallon of syrup when we are done 🤤

It's a cold day here in MI. Rather than having to worry about their water freezing Jazz is showing off her new watering post. She uses her nose to push down the paddle and fill the bowl with water. Once she is done drinking the water drains out below the frost line. No dealing with frozen water in the winter or algae in the summer.
Installed an automatic door opener on the new coop. It can be set to open and close with daylight, at a specific time or purely when we push the button. Really happy with how easy it was to install and how much easier it will make tending to the birds.
