As many of my clients know I'm an
avid (slow pitch) softball player.
Unfortunately, for the past year or so I've had a very painful tear in my hip that requires surgical repair! That being said, my surgery date is January 3rd, 2023.
Namast'ay will be closed AT LEAST
4-5weeks while I recover! I appreciate your patience and understanding as I've put this off for as long as I can! Any appointments that have been scheduled for January will be cancelled. Thank you and happy holidays.
