💮SALES POLICY💮
• Our rabbitry is focusing on breeding for the ARBA standard for our Holland Lops, Mini Rex, Flemish Giants, and New Zealand Reds as we do show our animals to better that quality.
• When purchasing an animal, you are expected to comply with the Sales Policy, whether it is read or not. These terms are subject to change at any time.
• I hold the right to refuse and cancel a sale at any moment I see fit. Please understand this rule before going any further. I do this for the safety of my animals and I do breed for myself, not you. Explanations are not owed. If I cancel the sale when you have already sent a deposit, or full payment, all will be refunded.
• I DO NOT HOLD without a 50% deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon. A simple inquiry does not hold a rabbit, either. If you inquire about a rabbit but no deposit is placed, do not expect the rabbit to be held for you. Several messages come in each day. I will not hold rabbits you are considering. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, meaning if you change your mind, that’s on you. The ONLY time deposits are refundable are if I decide to retain the rabbit, or it becomes ill/dies. Please consult with all parties involved before you make this commitment.
• There are no guarantees of health, breeding, show success or of personality and temperament after a rabbit leaves my care. All rabbits, to the best of my knowledge, are in good health. I strive for decent temperaments and handle rabbits daily and will disclose anything with you before a transaction is made. I can not guarantee how the rabbit will mature. We cannot guarantee that a rabbit will never bite or scratch. Please understand the nature of these animals. We can not guarantee that two animals will get along, regardless of them being siblings or not. Please keep this in mind when buying multiple, you may have to separate them eventually so be prepared.
• Health checks (eyes, ears, nose, rear end and ge****ls) and photos are performed and taken before the rabbit leaves my property. It is to my knowledge the rabbit is healthy. Dewormings and health checks are done regularly. We do not knowingly sell any sick babies, our babies will be healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave the farm. We are not responsible for the their health after it leaves. It is up to you, the buyer, to check over your rabbit prior to release. We are not responsible for any vet costs after the rabbit has left my care. I do not guarantee anything after rabbits are off of this property and refunds are NOT given if the rabbit dies after this point. Please give lots of hay in the beginning and avoid overloading with fruits and veggies to avoid gastrointestinal issues that may be triggered by stress of a new environment.
• Brood and show stock are to keep the prefix of “3R” They should be listed on pedigrees EXACTLY as listed on theirs when they leave here. This is to avoid confusion through record keeping, and loss of credit.
• I always prefer rabbits to be picked up in person, that way there is less stress on the rabbit. I will supply transition feed. If I am attending a show and transport is needed there, it can be arranged for no extra charge.
• I do NOT do public tours. I normally do everything off property for bio security reasons and for the safety/privacy of my family and animals.
• When picking up your rabbit, YOU must provide your own carrier.
• Rabbits do not leave until they are between 9-16 weeks of age because you can't tell type until they are around that age. Depending on quality, some rabbits may stay for as long as 4-6+ months.
• Sexing rabbits at a young age can be difficult. Sometime I tell the wrong s*x by mistake. Please keep that in mind when you purchase a young rabbit. I do check several times and try to be as accurate as possible, but a mistake can happen. Message me if so, I will make things right.
• If you for any reason cannot keep an animal you have purchased from me, PLEASE reach out to me first. As their breeder, or place of residence at any point, I feel I owe it to them to know where they are or help in the placement of a new home if that is what you so desire. I cannot always take animals back, but I do appreciate the heads up in the chance I do want to purchase an animal I produced back.
• I accept cash, Cash app, and PayPal. For Paypal please use FRIENDS AND FAMILY or there will be an additional charge of $5.00 to cover for the amount deducted from tax charges. Sorry, I DO NOT accept checks.
