Congratulations to Dixon with his market wether at Deschutes county fair. Getting 2nd in class and getting to return for the final drive. He did awesome :) .

So we started something new. We fattened and butchered a meat goat "boer" for those who want to look it up . Meat is USDA inspected. We tested it out grandma and parents said was great. Lol then told them it was goat. We have more available get ahold of either Pepe and I for pricing. We still love are beef but goat is a healthier choice if want a little change ;) .

4 wethers left that could work for late fairs. Estimate weights in 45 Range. Weighed beginning of month were 41-45 range. Feb. Borns dehorned, 1 has nub growing. 2 have really caught up since there siblings have gone.

Have few dehorned wethers left 42 - 45 pounds as of 5/4. dehorned . Located in Bend OR. But will be making trip to Estacada on Sun 5/19.

Mama had Twin boys last night, they made through the - 1 Temps. Hopefully with th warming the rest will follow suit.

Girls are getting close! We have several full udders. But of course they are waiting for the bad weather :( .

Had some rain, but girls are nice and toasty in there barn. We were hoping for early Dec. Babies, but the girls had different thinking :) . But we are getting closer. We will be kidding around 20 this year. All are %- FB with ABGA.
