1st Annual BXC ⚒ 24-Hour Relay Challenge!

What: A fundraising project for the JH/HS Bennington Cross Country Program

When: Saturday, June 8, 2024 (7:00 AM Camp Set Up & 8:00 AM Relay Begins) - Sunday, June 9, 2024 @ 8:00 AM

Where: Bennington JH/HS Track

The Relay Team consists of our JH/HS XC members. Each member runs 400m, passes the baton to the next member, and so on. This process continues for the entire 24-hour period. While a runner is circling the track, a team camp-out takes place with continuous entertainment, games, food, and camping.

Feel free to stop by, cheer on the runners, and maybe add some 💵 $$ into our donation box! Every gift makes a difference and helps our program continue to "Keep Chiseling" ⚒. Much appreciated!

In the Family, 1954-2024: Jordan Bartlett of Bennington won the 2A state javelin championship on Saturday in Wichita with a throw of 139’0”. Her grandpa, Neil Lexow, took third in the javelin in 1954 for Chapman. The two proudly show their medals which were earned exactly 70 years apart in the same event at the same meet.

Bulldog Softball brought home the Regional Runner-up trophy!

The Lady Bulldog Track and Field team also brought home the Regional Runner-up trophy!

The Bulldog men’s Track and Field team took the 3rd place spot at Regionals!

Next week should be exciting to watch many Track and Field athletes compete on the State stage!
