Benny is back! And he brought his new little brother Pete with him. The first time Benny came to visit, he was not much bigger than Pete. I called him Fozzy Bear, because he looked just like the muppet’s character. Now Benny is all grown up and Pete is a little pipsqueak next to him. Mom was concerned that Pete might make Benny crazy being together for 10 days in a kennel. Our kennels are so large and perfectly set up for family boarding! Plenty of space to get away from annoying little brothers. We tried separating them and that was a complete fiasco! They are attached and definitely would rather be hanging out together. So what they want, they get! We do whatever is needed to have happy dogs! And yes, they tell us what they want! Welcome to our kennel family Mr. Pete. 💚🐾💚

We have a new Belle, to go along with our new Bella this week. This sweet girl has her own little human who has already asked to see her pictures because he is missing her. I know we all wish we could take our best friends on vacation with us, but when we can’t we need to know they are enjoying their vacation as much as we are. Hopefully seeing this sweet face and those AMAZING ears will assure him that she is doing well and loving her farm vacation. Can we just talk about those ears for a minute? They are the best! Hello Miss Bella! This girl came prepared with all the goodies. Food, treats, snacks, and all the comforts of home. Mom brought anxiety meds too, because she was so worried about her being stressed out. Giving those to her has never crossed my mind. She is not the least bit stressed. Not a care in the world and absolutely loving vacation life. We pride ourselves in providing a stress free environment. Lots of extra little things that make our place special, snd make all the difference in the world. It’s why we do what we do and why our guests are happy! What’s better than a new pair of pups? Triplets! We have the pleasure this week of spoiling Sassy, Teddy and Gizzy. They just moved here from Texas, and we are so happy they chose to spend their first Ohio vacation with us. I do think that mom misnamed them though. The baby of the group is definitely the “Sassy” one! Miss Sassy is sweet as pie. Such unigue markings for dachshunds. Absolutely adorable. Then the old man Gizzy just does his own thing on his own time. Don’t rush him and don’t tell him what to do, unless you bring out the turkey. Then he will do whatever you want! You get a new Cane Corso.
His name is… BANE!!
We have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of this new guy! CJ fell in love with the name right out the gate. And we fell in love with Bane instantly. Don spent half the night hanging out in the yard with him. They became quick friends. Just don’t stop petting him because you will get the Paw of Doom! What an amazingly beautiful creature this guy is. Dad was so sad to leave him this morning, and we can see why. Welcome to our kennel family buddy. The next trip needs to be longer!

50! Half way through the year and we are on 50 new guests already! Whenever I speak with potential clients, they are always surprised to hear the amount of new clients we gain year after year. To be honest, so are we. It is quite humbling and an absolute honor to continue to earn new business. We love meeting new pups, making new friends, and becoming a part of the family. This handsome new family member is Nugget. He is as soft as a teddy bear! Not sure I have ever felt fur this plush. I could just cuddle and pet him all day long. It’s evident he is just a little spoiled. Man is he a good boy! Just look at that face. How could you not spoil and love him? Welcome to our kennel family Mr. Nugget! Not only did Marley jump right out of the car excited to see us, but so did her human sister! Sister climbed right into my arms. Totally made my day. I am always trying to convince one of the little humans to stay with me. I think this one was the closest I have ever come. She did not even back down when I told her she would have to clean up dog p**p. Apparently, she likes that job! Marley has done a great job of learning the ropes around here. And oh does she love the opportunity to run and play. I can only imagine how much her and her siblings play at home. But this is her favorite position just laying there watching me work. If you have been out on the farm this spring, you surely noticed the wind damage to our gates and fence. Well the amazing men who live on this farm have reconfigured the system and designed a gate that we should no longer have to worry about. It is strong and solid. And it looks amazing! Added a few new signs and repainted the fence so everything has a fresh new look.
Looking forward to seeing everyone this summer!

Maggie is back for a quick visit and brought her new brother Quigley with her. Maggie has become his emotional support dog. She was so happy to welcome him into her home and show him a loving family. Quigley was rescued from a rough situation, so Maggie and her family are giving him extra love and support. One day in with this sweet boy and I can’t imagine anyone not giving him all the love and kindness he deserves. I mean just look at that face. He is a super smart and gentle boy! Now this is a FUN pair of new siblings! Miss Chili and Mr. Oliver were supposed to stay at home while mom and dad went on their Honeymoon. Well a last minute cancellation had mom scurrying to find a safe place for them to stay. We worked some extra magic and did everything we could so the Honeymoon did not have to be cancelled. Dad was very pleasantly surprised by our facility compared to other places he had seen. We strive to make sure first impressions always exceed expectations! Miss Chili is a little lover girl who wants to lean against you and get some ear rubs. Oliver has his nose to the ground and is so excited about the freedom to explore. Apparently he would be even happier if we still had cows on the property! Still lots for him to smell and do. Hope these guys visit often. They are well trained and behaved. 💚🐾💗
