James has an extensive background working in a variety of pet environments, including animal shelters, daycare, and boarding facilities. He's also a volunteer with Happily Furever After Rescue. The pair has two rescue dogs, a cat, and are avid animal lovers

and rescue advocates. 🐶🐱
