We have now officially completed the transfer of our Triad Reef Critters retail store to the new owners and are on our way to the Florida Keys to focus on our invert collecting business and begin enjoying a little slower pace. We will be adding products and sharing posts as we grow this new business over the upcoming weeks and months. Thanks to each of you who supported us with the retail store. We look forward to continuing our relationships with many of you as we enter this next exciting venture in the Florida Keys.

After several months on hiatus, Dexter's Pet Products is back at it coming to you from the Florida Keys. As JJ & I transition out of our retail store in August 2022, we realize retirement sounds a little boring and separates us from the many relationships we’ve built over the years as owners of Triad Reef Critters. In March 2021 we bought a Florida marine collectors license that ensures our continued involvement in the aquarium industry and starts our newest adventure - collecting Caribbean critters for stores like ours.

After almost 15 years in a retail store, we have an interesting perspective on receiving livestock:
* Livestock needs to arrive alive and on time.
* Livestock needs to look as good when it arrives as the day it was collected.
* Boxes should be packed tight to minimize freight cost and maximize box capacity.

We also know how important a 100% arrive alive guarantee is and we understand the real cost associated with sending staff to the airport for pickup. That’s why we offer UPS Overnight Shipping to your door by 12:30pm at a 75% discount.

Being on the retail side for many years, we know what we expect and that's what we want our new wholesale venture to bring to you and your store. We hold our products and service to the highest standards - our own.
