A fixed mindset will keep you there.

A fixed mindset says, "This is my lot. This is all i have, and this is where I'll spend the rest of my life i cant grow and i cant better my circumstances."

This is a lie. Everyone has a growth mindset. The key is to water it and let it blossom.

A growth mindset says, "This is only an obstacle. i can solve this. i need more information. i have the ability to get the stuff i need to get beyond this circumstance."

if you are not growing you are dying. Maybe you need a little fertilizer. i know there is growth in you. It's in everyone, some only take longer to sprout.

Owner vs Steward

Owner is arrogant and prideful.
Owner says; "This is mine. I own it! I'm in charge."
Owner tries to control and manipulate, declaring that it has all the answers.

Owner micromanages and does not trust

Owner holds things with a closed fist and squeezing the life out of it.

Steward is humble and meek;
Steward says; "My life is not my own. I don't know exactly what I'm doing and you are a gift. You are trusting me to take care of you. I'll continually seek God for Wisdom and Revelation so He can lead me. We will work together and we will both grow."

Steward influences and has Faith

'Sampson runs with Thunder' aka Sam



When my uncle gave me this picture i said, "where was i when you took that picture?"

He laughed, 'Right next too Sam."

Sometimes we are so focused on the present moment that we don't even see our uncle taking a picture. Its good to play present but we still need to have situational awareness; paying attention to the things that are happening around us.

Is it about the reward? I don't think the dog knows.
