Message me to come meet Sugar, she is 3, UTD on shots, spayed, great with kids and so affectionate, good with other dogs, but needs a NO cat home. Sugar was used to being on an electric fence on 3/4 of an acre in her former home. She has decent leash manners, and is a sweet couch potato, with an occasional case of the zoomies in the yard. Crate and house trained, 10/10 cuddler. Come meet this beautiful soul, you won’t regret it!

Sugar is a 3 yr old husky looking for a home with NO cats. She is okay with other dogs with proper introduction, and absolutely LOVES people. Sugar has been around small children (1-11) her whole life and is great with them. She currently uses an invisible fence on 3/4 of an acre and does really well with it. An invisible fence, or fenced yard would be ideal for this girl. Her stunning blue eyes and all white coat make her quite the stunning little girl. Sugar is spayed, and up to date on all vetting.

ISO - Businesses who wouldn’t mind putting together a raffle basket to donate to our event this weekend at Beer Tree Farm, by Farm Dogs - Disc League . Baskets must be ready to be picked up by Friday at noon.

If you know me you know I am ALWAYS hustling to help dogs in our community, and I’ve not only rescued and adopted out SO many dogs at this point, but one thing I do in rescue that will always hold a special place in my heart, is helping rehome dogs (for a variety of reasons, but usually behavioral). I put so much time, love, and funds into helping all of these wonderful dogs find their permanent families, and I hope that this weekend we can raise some funds for thre rescue so I can keep doing so.

We will do a 50/50, have raffle baskets, and a portion of the run fees will be donated as well.

There will be dogs running for 3 hours for all to enjoy, as well as costume contests and a pumpkin carving contest! Please come out and participate!

Mammoth is now 8 months old and still looking for a home. He’s here to stay with us til he finds his forever home, thank you to his amazing fosters for the last couple of months who graciously helped out!

Mammoth is UTD on shots and current on flea/tick prevention, and has been dewormed. Mammoths entire litter was found roaming a wooded property and in danger of being “disposed of” before we stepped in to save them. This tall boy has SO much love to give, and would really love a home full of people who want to dote on him, and would really enjoy another doggy companion or two as well. He does amazingly with other dogs, and is being fostered with cats as well (he is curious and will sniff but doesn’t seem to care too much about them).

Introducing Kodie! This fun-loving Australian Shepherd needs a foster home from August 21, 2024, to June 30, 2025, while her owner is deployed overseas. Kodie can be transported within a 3-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA. At just 1 year old, Kodie is full of energy and loves walks, hikes, water play, and dog park visits. She’s a social butterfly who enjoys meeting new people and dogs, though she hasn’t met any cats yet. Kodie is a sweetheart who’s well-behaved and loves to cuddle up with you at home. Max is once more looking for a forever home.

We had a great placement for him, but he became a bit too fixated on one of the cats in the house hold, so we are now recommending a NO CATS household. He is an 8yr old double doodle, but has a wavy coat, and is neutered and UTD on vetting. He loves people and is great with kids, does ok with other dogs with proper introduction too.

Mammoth is the last of his litter still in need of a home, and we aren’t quite sure why. A cuddle bug, being fostered with other dogs, around other animals, living his best life but still waiting for his family to find him.

Mammoth is 6 months old now, great with kids, good with other dogs, LOVES humans and affection, and has the absolute cutest face. He is a large breed mix, currently btwn 40-45lbs. Mammoth is UTD on shots, and is not yet neutered as we would like to let him grow a bit more before doing so. He was heartworm and lymes negative, has a clean bill of health from the vet, and is up to date on flea and tick preventative.

Max needs a home!

Max is an 8yr old “double doodle” but lacks the curly coat (only pup in his litter to have wavy hair when it grows out). He is good with kids and people, doesn’t mind the neighbors cat that visits, and is house trained. He is well mannered, but still has that golden exuberance.

Max’s current family is sad it’s come to this, but due to a neighbors dog attacking him (inside their own fenced yard), and growing animosity from the neighbors/dog, they are choosing to rehome him in hopes he can live out his life in a less stressful environment where he knows he is safe. This decision was not made lightly and came after the courts failed to enforce safety measures for the neighbors dog to be contained properly. This family is doing what they think is best for their dog, and I will not tolerate any judgement or shame in the comments on the situation.

Mammoth’s tail wound is healing nicely, negative for any tick borne diseases and heartworm, waiting on f***l results to come back tmrw, sent home with medicated shampoo for their skin and we were told to give 2 consecutive months of Nexgard to help clear up their skin as well. (We will need donations to cover this as well, about $120 for that alone.)

Bath night for the fearsome 4, and shout out to mammoth for being an absolute good boi (even took a nap) at the vet today 🥹❤️

Rescue doesn’t happen without fundraising sadly, so I’m here again to ask for donations, and as always for people to apply to adopt these sweet pups. There are SEVEN in my care at the moment. I won’t begin to tell you the hours and effort (not to mention $) that go into caring for 7 extra dogs. We don’t have time for that. But I will ask for help, because as a single mom of 2 who busts her butt to help the helpless, I can’t afford to do so alone (especially when my car needs a decent bit of work done any mechanics hmu!).

Sadie and Bolt will be getting spayed/neutered next week, we need about $300 more towards that bill.

The 4 new pups need
F***l test
4dx testing (lymes/heartworm)
Skin scrape (to determine skin rash/issues)
Rabies shots for all 4
Mammoth has a tail wound requiring attention.
(Waiting on a quote from the vet, but guesstimating around $600-$800 for all of this, low end guess.)

In 2 months time they will require neuter appts and a spay appt.

📣 UPDATE 📣

3 puppies are picked up and now with a rescue in PA, when they are available for adoption I’ll be sure to share.

3 are here with me (not ideal but we are making due as always) and 1 is still in the process of being caught today, and will likely be here later. They have had little to no interaction with people, and are very timid but sweet. No sign of fleas or ticks surprisingly, but they are covered in bumps, scabs, and sores, some open and very painful looking. We will be trying to raise funds for vetting, as we know in the least they will need a f***l sample, skin scrape, possible bloodwork, flea/tick preventatives, 4dx testing (lymes/heartworm), and rabies vaccines.

Thank you to 2 anonymous donors for donating LOTS of large breed puppy food, and another for donating 5 in 1 vaccines.

Meet LADY 💜

Lady is the mama of the litter of puppies I most recently have fostered (including Socks). She is currently with us, and is available for adoption. Whoever ends up with this sweetheart is hitting the dog lottery.

This BEAUTIFUL girl is presumed to be btwn 2-3 yrs old, cattle dog mix, is spayed and UTD on vetting. She has the absolute sweetest temperament and is a dream to have in the house. She loves to watch out the window/door as the world goes by. Lady gives the best cuddles, and is very low maintenance.

If you are looking for a chill gal to add to your family, and skip the crazy puppy phase (you know, nipping, chewing, digging, potty training, ect), then this is your girl! Lady is just that in the house, a proper lady! She is sweet, quiet, and calm. She does at times get shy of loud/startling noises (she will walk low to the floor or pancake, prefers to go hide if possible), or random new objects, and is also a bit fearful of cats and prefers to go hide when she sees them. She is being fostered with kids as well, who just adore her.

Pibbles & More has reduced the adoption fee for ALL black/dark pups to $250 from 4/12-5/12. This includes our sweet baby Socks (5 months old), and her mama Lady (2-3yrs old).

Black dog syndrome is a phenomenon in which black dogs are passed over for adoption in favor of lighter-colored animals. We see it time and time again unfortunately, esp in a litter of puppies (the lighter pups will be adopted while their darker siblings sit longer).

Socks 🧦 ADOPT this baby 🩷

Not sure how this girl is still not adopted 😢

All 5 of her siblings left over a month ago now, and socks is about to turn 5 months old. She is spayed, up to date on preventatives and vaccines, and a 10/10 good girl. She is house and crate trained. She is great with other dogs, cats, and kids.

The boys are so sad she hasn’t been scooped up yet. She is such a lovey pup, we know that if we can just get some of you to meet this sweet girl, someone will take her home to call their own.

With spring sports starting, Socks will start accompanying us to practices and family outings sporting her ADOPT ME bandana. Please come say hello if you see us!

Sadie is a 6 month old mixed (maybe whippet?) breed puppy looking for her forever home. She is UTD on vetting and preventatives, and is awaiting a scheduled spay appt.

Sadie has piggy tail ears you just can’t ignore, and is on the small side. She is currently about 15lbs and likely will not get much heavier than 20-25lbs as an adult.

Q is soooo confused as to how little Rosie pup hasn’t found her furever family yet. (We haven’t had a single family come meet her yet 😢.) She is a gentle giant of a pup, and does so well with small kids (honestly just loves people of any age❤️).

Rosie is:
✅ good with kids
✅ good with cats
✅ good with other dogs
✅ crate trained
✅ house broken
✅ walks well on leash
✅ a super snuggler!

Rosie is now 5 months old and a large breed mix dog. She is spayed and up to date on all vetting. Her stunning green eyes and tippy ears will melt your heart, but just wait til you pet her super soft fur and she melts in your lap!
