Bunnies are a life long commitment no different than cats and dogs. Plus should be treated like a loving family member! Be a caring and responsible person and celebrate Easter the humane way by giving your child candy or toys as a gift.

Easter- Sadly this is the time of year when people buy rabbits as gifts for their little children. Many of these rabbits end up at shelters, in rescues or are simply abandoned. Please help make a positive change this year.
If you are thinking a bunny is a good Easter gift -think again. Find out more about a rabbit's needs first. This is a long term 10 yr+ commitment. If you are not ready to add rabbit into your heart and home for 10 yrs +, consider other ways to celebrate Easter.
This Easter Consider making a donation to your local Rabbit rescue group. Rescue groups work 365 days a year -usually all volunteer just to help these rabbits. At the Rabbit Haven we will send you an electronic Easter card featuring one of our rescued rabbits to thank you for your donation.
