Our job isn’t just “letting dogs out” and “putting food in a bowl” and “walking around the block.” There’s a reason we have been operating for “ruff-ly” ten years. We do the little things AND the big things. Sometimes our visits include things that save their lives. We administer meds, fluids, check blood sugar and make sure they are safe and happy. We clean, we fix things, we wait for repair people. We shovel, we’ve even mowed. We clean up messes. We take care of sick 150lb dogs and you can imagine what that’s like 🤢. We are available on a moment’s notice. We get mail, water flowers and gardens, bring packages in and save patio furniture and toys from wind storms. We’ve hired carpet cleaners and purchased food and supplies. We’ve collected eggs, we’ve been chased by roosters. We’ve noticed fridges going out and saved food, we’ve fixed sump pumps and patio doors.

Pictured are just two of our many clients that have specific instructions for their loved ones. And we always say, “the more info, the better!”

We’ve searched for missing pets when they weren’t on our watch, and have been there for those that have lost them due to illness, age or accident.

We’ve even taken pets in to be put to sleep. That’s tough. But “you’re just dog walkers. Why do you charge so much?”

We’ve made countless memories. Yes, we’ve made mistakes, we won’t deny that. Every business does.
We are more than dog walkers. We are family.

I’m just going to suggest these two items for people with cats. Less mess, and easy for moms and dads…and kids!!! if you have a traditional litter box, the liners make it so easy to just lift them up on each side and the clumps come off so easy to pick up. Also metal scoopers are the 💯 way to go.

37 dogs and cats, and 20 or so chickens.

35 pet visits

Multiple wet noses and muddy paws. Pecking chickens at our toes. Unconditional love.
Dishes washed, floors cleaned and food and water filled. Treats and meds given. Happy kids that like to tag along. Memories made.

We love our job.

And that was just today. 😍❤️

Ruby girl. Rubics cube. Rubinator. Rubenheimer. Getting that next treat and licking those extra pieces from your food container were your top priority. You followed us to the garden, the garbage can, the mailbox. You loved to roll in the snow and grass. You stick your tongue out in many a picture, and tolerated those kitties. You let The Boss do her spin master DJ skills on your back, and she’ll NEVER forget it. Go be you girl, you won’t have any ailments anymore. You were extremely loved by your humans and my staff. RIP RUBY. 😩🐾❤️😞
