By agreeing to purchase an animal from us, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service;
We reserve the right to decline any sale that we feel will not be in our animals’ best interest. Must be 18 or older, or provide parental consent.
• We accept PayPal, major credit cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash(in person only).
• Shipping will be arranged after payment is received and clea
red. All payments must be made in US currency. HOLD POLICY:
• We will hold animals for up to 30 days with a non-refundable deposit, 25% of listed price, applied toward purchase.
• Animals are not held until payment is received, even if invoice has been sent.
• Payment is due in full at the end of 30 days unless other arrangements have been made.
• We will hold animals for up to 30 days with payment in full.
• We will hold animals indefinitely with payment in full when shipping conditions are not optimum.
• We will hold animals for up to 72 hours pending payment by Priority Mail.
• Deposits and/or Cancellation fees will be waived if for some reason we cannot supply the animal.
• Unless otherwise specified, any offers accepted are to be paid in full at the time of the offer, not on a payment plan.
CANCELATION POLICY:
• Orders cancelled after deposit or payment is received are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Once an order is paid in full, and awaiting shipping, a refund will not be offered.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
• Shipping will always be FedEx Priority Overnight via Reptiles 2 You. Available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays with live arrival guaranteed.
• Payment and all requested info is due by 3pm CST for same day shipping.
• Shipments are packed in heavy-duty, corrugated boxes with Styrofoam inserts.
• Heat/cold packs will be used when appropriate based on the current weather/temperature forecasts.
• Boxes are clearly labeled “LIVE HARMLESS REPTILES, HANDLE WITH CARE”
• We reserve the right to postpone shipping if weather temperatures are extreme - 92 degrees F.
• If the buyer is informed and advised against shipping due to weather though still chooses to ship, live arrival cannot be guaranteed.
• You must be available to receive the shipped animal on the first attempt or live arrival cannot be guaranteed.
• You must pick up within 2 hours of being ready if held for pickup at nearest hub, or live arrival cannot be guaranteed.
• Although we will ship under optimal conditions only, we are not responsible for any weather related issues or acts of nature that can occur during the shipping process.
• Standard procedure with acquiring any new reptile pet is to quarantine them from your existing collection for 90 days. This will ensure that any health issues are noticed and cannot spread to the existing collection. That includes animals to be used for breeding purposes.
• SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

• All animals are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and feeding well at the time they are shipped.
• Since we have no guarantee of their care after arrival, our responsibility ends 48 hours after delivery.
• We guarantee 100% disclosure on all known pertinent information on our animals.
• We guarantee that all animals are accurately represented in their photos. Cameras rarely capture the full beauty of these animals so their colors will be more vibrant in person.
• Live arrival is guaranteed under normal circumstances for domestic shipping. LAG is void if shipment is not accepted on first delivery attempt or if not picked up within 2 hours of being ready at nearest hub.
• We cannot guarantee the s*x of a gecko that is sold as "Temperature s*xed(TS)"
• We cannot guarantee any animal’s personality or temperament.
• We cannot guarantee adult coloration/pattern of juvenile animals.
• We cannot guarantee fertility of animals.
