We kicked things off with two great lessons before the rain rolled in and sent us packing for the day.
🌹Rosie made her return for her first lesson after her winter break—and she crushed it! Ba****ck riding and building up her confidence like a pro.
🌻Alexis was absolutely killing it, as always! We focused on keeping her horse on the rail during her session, then wrapped it all up with a peaceful trail walk. Such a great way to cool down and connect with her horse!
🪻Cisco is getting some much-deserved TLC as he recovers from an injury. He enjoyed a red light therapy session and massage, and we’re already seeing big improvements—just two days in!
🔴So how does red light therapy help?🔴
Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of light that pe*****te the tissue and stimulate cellular repair. It increases circulation, reduces inflammation, and encourages the production of ATP (cellular energy), which is essential for tissue regeneration. It’s especially effective for superficial injuries, sore muscles, and general recovery support.
💥That said, red light therapy should not be used over active infections, untreated abscesses, or open wounds without veterinary guidance. It’s a supportive tool—not a replacement for proper vet care.
➡️We offer mini sessions that combine red light therapy and kinesiology taping for targeted recovery support—and we occasionally lease out our red lights so owners can continue therapy at home during recovery!
