Asher was doing so well playing fetch with his toys, we figured we would throw a shed...yup he likes those too...LOL
1 week in and Asher is getting the morning routine down, being a good little pack member....

We find this is the best way to keep the dogs on a schedule, allows time for their food to start to digest, gives them energy to work hard and drastically reduces the risk of an upset stomach.
The girls are being great teachers.

We are doing 75 hard...only thing is for the outdoor workouts John is having Oakley and Ryelee with for each one. The dogs are going be be healthier, in better condition, stronger and get better mentally too!
A healthy dog will live a better life, not get so hot, work longer and most of all keep you company walking, running or biking.
Not to mention you get to work on control and some obedience with them while having fun...it's a win win!
