Take a look at these beautiful gold tetras! These guys are all wild caught. They get their gold, flakey coloration from a trematode parasite found in certain regions these fish swim in. The relationship is symbiotic so the parasite doesn’t hurt the fish. They get about 2-2.5 inches, are non-aggressive and like to be in larger groups.
