We're honored to welcome Quinton, an Army Veteran, to our service dog training program! 🇺🇸✨ It takes tremendous courage to seek support, and we are here to ensure that Quinton and his service dog, Odin, find the hope, guidance, and companionship they deserve.

Service dogs provide more than just assistance; they offer a sense of security, emotional support, and companionship, helping to ease the invisible wounds that many veterans carry. Together, we’ll work on training skills that will empower Quinton and enhance his independence.

⚠️ New Trainer Alert ⚠️

It is with great excitement we announce the addition of Grace Tapp as a member of the Devildog Canine family!

Grace Tapp was born and raised in Eureka, Illinois, graduating from Eureka High School in 2022. Her fascination with the human brain and desire to understand why people think and act a certain way led her to initially pursue an education in Psychology.

After graduating, she began working at a doggy daycare franchise before transitioning to a managerial role with a locally owned doggy daycare facility. During this time, her love for dogs developed into a true passion. She gained a lot of experience in reading and understanding canine body language but realized that there was so much more to be learned about dogs & their behavior. This sparked Grace to pursue her dog trainer certification through Animal Behavior College, earning her certification in dog obedience. She also completed an externship with a local trainer, before working part-time as a kennel assistant, gaining hands-on training experience.

Grace lives with her dog, Scarlett who she initially fostered but ended up adopting. The relationship she has built with Scarlett has completely change her life for the better and created a desire to help others form that same deep bond with their dogs. Her belief is that everyone should be able to experience the love of a dog.

With her deep love, respect, and trustworthiness with dogs and ability to connect with canine and handler alike, Grace is a great addition to our Devildog Canine family!

He was recently adopted from Pet Central Helps and is eager to become a distinguished member of his family!

Great day in South Memphis!

Today we had the pleasure of participating in Christmas in South Memphis, hosted by We Fight Monsters and Gangland Express where we handed out free food and toys to hundreds of children, some having never received a Christmas gift before.

This event brought together people from all walks of life; good guys, bad guys, addicts, those in recovery, pimps, prostitutes, police, three letter agencies, veterans, nonprofits, and more.

Padmé and Ranger stood watch to ensure everyone had a great time while Michael and Laura educated people and children on dogs, training, and safety.

Devildog Canine had the privilege to be a part of Thanksgiving in South Memphis where we enjoyed fellowship with so many amazing folks, handed out over 500 meals, clothes, 2500 lbs of turkey, and gave so much love to those in need.
