Tutt hasn't been able to walk in more than 2 months because of a shot she needed to get well after basically poisoning herself and then getting pneumonia. Odds were not in her favor! She lost most of her feathers and could hardly breathe.
Meds weren't working and she was going down hill fast. The Dr. Administered a shot containing strong antibiotics and steroids. The meds worked but caused swelling and nerve damage.
Having only 1 leg and in a lot of pain tutt didn't care to move! Not to mention she was still trying to recover from an illness that almost killed her.
We carried her around every where, did our own physical therapy and waited.
Now nearly 3 months later tutt is healthy and walking!! She has a small limp but she can walk!!
