June Beginner Obedience Class

☀️Summer is right around the corner, are you and your dog ready? ☀️ This video shows one of our past Basic Obedience class practicing a few of their commands. During this class we go over the commands: sit, down, stay, place, off, and let’s go (walking nicely on the leash). This is a group class, which means the dogs also get a lot of practice working around new dogs and people. Our next class starts June 3! Leslee’s daycare was closed so she came with momma to work today! 😍 Being mothers ourselves, we know how hard it is to balance the mom/work life. We strive to make Perfect Pet the perfect place to work to help mothers be able to enjoy working outside of the home without the added stress that can come along with working and raising children. Baby sick? Stay home and give them cuddles! Kids have a school event? Go! Daycare closed? Bring them to work! We have a wonderful team that always supports each other and lends a helping hand whenever someone is in need. We also greatly enjoy getting to know our little Perfect Pet people. ❤️ We are truly blessed with the best. 🥰

Ruger (Silver Lab) and Colt (German Shepherd) are housemates. Colt is currently going through one of our Board and Train programs and Ruger completed one of our Board and Trains a few years ago. In this clip, trainer Madi, is working with the two of them in tandem off leash. They are rockstars! 🤩 Anytime we train a dog that has a housemate that was previously trained by us, we do a free refresher with the previous dog so we can work all the housemates together. Toby is a training client of ours and we received this sweet message and video from his owner today. 🥰 “I wanted to pass this on to MacKenzie!!! Toby has never allowed the daycare kids to play ball inside the fence because he would plow them over to steal from them....well today was a much different story! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!” We loved working with Toby and are very proud of his progress! ***kids blurred for privacy**

Hyde completed our Dream Dog program awhile back and now he comes every day for day care. Amanda had some errands to run so Hyde got to tag along! I’m sure you can tell he greatly enjoyed his pup cup from Scooter’s! 🍦 Hyde absolutely adores his trainer, Amanda. We joke that she is his step mom 🤣 but when he gets spoiled like this, we can’t blame him! Side note: We also think Amanda missed her calling as a ninja 🥷. Did you see those cat like reflexes in the beginning of the video?!?
