As humans who experience the world with our eyes, we often struggle to understand our dog's perception of the world. Dogs experience the world with their noses. Letting them sniff helps them to gather information about the world around them. Sniffing reduces stress and stimulates your dog much more than a brisk walk. So, tonight when you are walking, allow your dog as much time as they want to expierence their world, in their way!

Lucky

Look who made it into the building! Lucky has a hard time with some humans and going to the veterinarians but his guardians have worked very hard to help him through his fears. Thank you Northwest Animal Hospital for letting us practice.
