Boy, was that cake good! Mom said it was people AND doggie cake! 😲 It was mostly made of sweet potatoes, and the icing was a mixture of cream cheese and Greek yogurt! Mom even ate some of the cake herself and enjoyed it...but probably not as much as I did!
The highlight of my birthday.....my BIG FAT BIRTHDAY COOKIE! A big thank you to my friends at The Pet Place! It was DELICIOUS!

Mom gave me that silly food puzzle again....I'm figuring it out! I got a little frustrated a few times, so she helped me out!
Silly mom recorded this video for you guys last week in the snow and forgot to post it! This is part of our normal morning routine. I run around in the field, then mom either asks me to walk by her side or she lets me run full speed up for breakfast! Obviously, I prefer the faster route. I sure wish she would run too, then I wouldn't have to wait on her to feed me! For some reason, I can't quite convince her to run up the hill 😉
Snow day! We're about 6 inches in to our predicted 16 to 20 inch snowfall! There's a bit of a break in the snow now, but it's supposed to pick back up tonight and into tomorrow. Yippee!
Want to know how I keep my teeth so clean? Raw bones! Raw bones can be a very healthy and fun chew toy for dogs. When the bones are raw, they don't splinter and are easy to digest. They usually are packed with vitamins and minerals, too! I like the Vital Essentials spare ribs that mom buys from Ericka at My Best Friend's Barkery in Banner Elk. The bones are a bit softer than leg bones and knuckle bones, so mom doesn't have to worry about me hurting a tooth on them. We put them in the freezer, and mom just gives them to me right out of the freezer. I think it lasts longer that way 😉 Our grocery store also has raw dog bones in the meat section for pretty cheap!
Playing with an old, dirty sock is just SO much fun! Casper dug it up from somewhere in the garden and shared it with me!
You guys already know I'm one smart pup, but I asked mom to record a video showing just how good I am! Breakfast time is very exciting, but I know how to sit and wait to leave for the barn... even if mom walks away from me!
