Welcome to SSPS, I have been pet sitting for many years but I finally got around to putting a name to it. This is a salute to my beloved dog Shasta who we rescued from a kill shelter in GA with help from a wonderful rescue group just hours before she was to be euthanized. She was an owner surrender and very sick with heart worm disease. She was brought back to health and lived with us for 11 wonderful years until she passed at the end of 2021 at the age of 15.5.
For 7 of those years she was a certified Therapy Dog and together we traveled to schools talking about good mental health and su***de prevention with the non profit Attitudes In Reverse. Her legacy will live on as I bring the same love as I care for your animals 💗
