Have you ever wondered how to use the "place" command? We got you! "Place" is super helpful when teaching your pup how to greet visitors. Because it creates a physical boundary to contain your pup, visitors can come in and calmly greet your pup. Reducing jumping, door crowding, and other unwanted behaviors! Follow along with Tiffany Boyden and Artax as they show you how to teach the command. *Note, Artax uses the word "bed" but it's the same command. Use whatever word works for you!

1. Positive Markers - Yes, you did the thing I asked you to do!
2. Duration Markers - Yes, you are doing the thing I asked you to do AND I need you to keep doing the thing.
3. Negative Markers - That's not what I asked for, please don't do that.

Crate Training with Ford! Take some time to get the puppy accustomed to the crate by making a path for them to walk through. This helps them get used to the texture change and become more comfortable with unfamiliar environments. Use a release word when exiting the crate helps reduce anxiety from being in the crate.
