Keep the depth of the litter consistent. As you scoop, you will need to top off with some fresh litter every few days. Typically a depth of about 2-3 inches of litter in the box is good. Adjust the amount based on your cat's digging behavior.

A quick shout-out to Rhonda for this incredible, unbreakable, handmade cat toy she gave us years ago. Still going strong! [You put treats into the cut pvc pipes, and kitty has to fish them out. Keeps them happy and busy for a very long time. 😮‍💨😹]

Also, my 😻 socks are from a generous animal-loving friend (who shall go unnamed, or else she’ll be buying socks for the whole ‘hood!!! 😬😹🙌🏻). 😘

Losing a pet is never easy 💔, even when we know the outcome is inevitable 🥺, and imminent. 😔 And today’s news is an especially tough one to swallow. 😭 This precious gal was one of the sweetest, most loveable dogs (and fastest trekkers!) north of Boston. Not sure what her longest hike ever was, but she covered some serious miles, every day, multiple times a day. I didn’t see her often, but when I did, I had a tough time keeping up! 😮‍💨 🥵

My heart is breaking for her family, but I am 100% certain she was loved. 💞 And that’s what it’s all about.

Until we meet again, dear Edamame. 🙏🏻

The two surviving dogs belonging to actor Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy Arakawa "are safe and adjusting" after the couple was mysteriously found dead alongside a third dog in their Santa Fe, New Mexico, home last week, their friend told ABC News.

The dog who died, an Australian kelpie mix named Zinfandel or "Zinna," was found in a crate about 10 to 15 feet from Arakawa's body when the couple was discovered on Feb. 26, according to officials.
