Pet hospital emergency visits are high on Thanksgiving! Please watch what your pets eat and tell your guests (especially children) to not feed from the table. "The Christmas House" will be lighting up on Friday December 6th at 5:30. (same night as the city tree lighting) We will have entertainment and dancing in the street from 5:00 till the countdown. We have a few surprises. Santa Claus, Mrs.Claus, Jingle Cat, the Mounted police patrol. You will not want to miss this! Spread the word and be here before 5pm. Then we will all go up to see the Tree Lighting
Dale ahs been working hard since October 1 to get everything done. Give a shout out or a honk if you see him outside to encourage him.

We were so blessed by the Sunrise Rotary. They donated a boatload of candy canes to The Christmas house. We hand out between 8,000 and 12,000 every year so this was quite a help. It is all about community and supporting each other

BC Senior Center's Rock, Roll & Stroll:
A little rain couldn't dampen the spirits and fun at the Senior Center's fundraising event to benefit the Meals on Wheels Program. So great that Dale Ryan, John Milburn, & Andy Anderson can man that grill once again. Good Job Guys

I love the freedom working from home gives me. Freedom to volunteer more is one of them. After a 3 month sabbatical (flu outbreak) from volunteering at the Veterans home for Bingo I was able to meet this sweet couple. She was the BIG winner yesterday.
