Let me tell you a little about me, and then about my services. A list of services and other information is listed below. My name is Amanda and I am the owner of Knecht Kleaning. I provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the San Lorenzo Valley. I have lived in the San Lorenzo Valley for most of my life, and can never imagine myself living anywhere else. I am a mother to 2 wonderful children, ages 13 and 19. I am a huge animal lover and we have 3 fur babies. 2 dogs, Blazer and Angel, and our newest addition, a kitten named Ajax. I first became a "cleaner" in my 20's, while working my way through school. After working for several years as a Maid in a Santa Cruz hotel, and as a housekeeper whiile putting myself through the Medical Assistant program at Cabrillo, I began my career and worked for the past 16 years as a Medical Assistant. After 16 years of the Medical field, I decided to open my own business, so that I could have the ability to spend more time with my children. I offer a uniquely quality cleaning services by putting to use my past cleaning experience and medical training to provide my clients with a clean and sanitary space when I am done. Since the condition of every house varies and every persons needs are different, I do not have a list of what is a "standard" cleaning is. Since each situation and need is unique, I find it better to talk wth the client during the walk through, and find out what the problem areas are, and what chores are the ones the client needs the most help with. All clients need cleaning.... But everyones needs are different. Some clients need help with dishes. Some need just certain areas done. Some need help with organizing and de-cluttering. Its very individual. With that being said;
A Standard Cleaning Includes:
*Kitchen; Sink and Stove top cleaned. All counters and appliances are surface cleaned.
*Bathrooms; Sink, toilet, bath & shower Cleaned and sanitized. Items removed from countertops and surface cleaned.
*Floors; Swept, Vacuumed and mopped
*Rooms; Bedrooms, Living room, Family room, Den, Office, Laundry room, Guest rooms, Hallway, and stairway. Dusting; Nick Naks and decorative items pulled off and dusted. Dusting also includes furniture, shelving, window sills, picture frames & mirrors, light fixtures, ceiling fans and mini blinds. Windows: Inside of windows glass & mirrors will be clean as long as accessible. All cleaning products and equipment provided. Other "green" or alternative cleaning products can be provided by the client if their use is required.
