As we step into the new year, we want to take a moment to thank you for trusting us with your pets’ care. Your support means the world to us, and we are committed to providing the highest quality care for your furry family members.

Due to increases in supplier costs, we will be adjusting some of our prices beginning January 13th, 2025. Please know this decision was not made lightly. We’ve worked hard to minimize the impact on you while maintaining the quality and services your pets deserve.

Our goal is to remain as affordable as possible while continuing to offer top-tier care, using the best products, equipment, and expertise available.

📌To be as transparent with our pricing as possible, updated costs for visits and exams can be found on the graphic below. For additional services, such as vaccines and surgeries, we are always happy to provide an estimate at your request.

🐾 Cold Weather Tips to Keep Your Pets Safe and Cozy! 🐾

Hi everyone! The threat Here are some quick tips to keep your pets safe this season:

🌨️ Limit Time Outdoors
While some pets love the snow, their paws and noses can get frostbitten. Limit outdoor time, especially for short-haired breeds, senior pets, and those with health conditions.

🐾 Protect Their Paws
Salt, ice, and freezing pavement can hurt your pet’s paws. Use pet-safe booties or wipe their paws after walks to remove salt and chemicals.

🧥 Dress for the Weather
Short-haired pets may need an extra layer like a cozy sweater or jacket. Make sure it fits well and doesn't restrict movement.

🍲 Adjust Their Diet
Some pets may burn extra calories to stay warm, while others might need portion control to avoid winter weight gain. Ask your vet what’s best for your pet.

🚗 Be Cautious Around Cars
Always check under your car hood in case a cat has sought warmth near your engine. Keep antifreeze out of reach, as it’s highly toxic to animals.

🏠 Create a Warm Space
Provide a warm, draft-free area for your pet to relax indoors. Make sure their bed is cozy and away from cold windows or doors.

🐕‍🦺 Keep an Eye on Behavior

Don't forget to protect your furry friends throughout the new year! Make sure they are up to date on their flea, tick and heartworm prevention treatments - even in the winter!

- Fleas and ticks can survive indoors and during mild winters.
- Heartworms are a risk year-round and are both life-threatening and costly to treat.

While you may want to share your Thanksgiving feast with your pets, here's a few reminders about what is and what isn't safe for your pet to eat.

✔️Turkey (skinless, boneless, and unseasoned)
✔️Sweet potatoes or pureed pumpkin (unseasoned)
✔️Plain green beans
✔️Apple slices (no seeds or core)

❌Turkey bones, skin or other drippings or gravy
❌Items containing sage, salt, onions, garlic and other seasonings
❌Corn on the cob
❌Sweet desserts

While you may want to treat your pet to a feast, remember to feed okay items in moderation. Sticking to their normal diet is always best practice when it comes to feeding your pet.
