We are having great progress with this guy. From overly dog reactive to staying and listening to his mom with a dog on the other side of the fence. He had no reaction, though he did fight the urge to.
Overall, she is doing amazing with her dog! I love seeing the progress. :)

Information regarding upcoming puppy classes.
Puppy obedience is 6 weeks and we continue training in different subject courses until August 1, 2023.

The time is getting closer where we go pick out our next pup. We're thinking of Tully is the name, but that window is still open. Anyone have any name ideas for a little female gsp?
We're not sure which one of these little girls it'll be, but we find out when we drive to Wisconsin to pick her out.

Some exciting things in store for the kennels. Were looking to forward to a new addition and will be posting photos as soon as we have verification and the pup is on the ground.

Our pups had their first blood track this last weekend. Last night we pushed them.
They had a bird drag that was 60 yards over grass, around trees, through brush, along a fence line, across the dirt and into a ditch with 3ft tall grass, in the dark. All the while having minimal correction or direction other than a quick recall (for benelli mostly) when distractions wouls take hold. All 3 did successfully maneuvered the track, found the bird and retrieved it to hand.
Benelli is really doing a great job with her confidence work. She's gone from a scared dog to one that is a beast in field. She just needs to work on getting over that gunshy stuff, which is actually getting significantly better.

Another pup through basic obedience. I sure love meeting all these guys and watching them grow. This one though, hes a beast. The biggest, sweetest and most gentle guy youd ever meet.

Content with a "good dog" and a pat on the head.
From early morning and excited play,
To the time we go to bed.

I know this won't last forever,

We had a great time working the dogs on birds. They all did phenomenally! We are so excited for their hunting future :)

We had a great day out training with the pigeons. We will have one more training day with the birds before season starts, then its all hands on deck and the dogs get real experience under their collars. Can wait!
