We made it through a long and stressful day/night and now have 3 beautiful and healthy puppies. Jordi is doing great and puppies are happy now! Jazz did not leave the outside of her kennel the entire time. It’s the first time I’ve let him even be close by. She handled him well. Gave him a little growl here and there and he listened instantly, laid down and waited patiently. 🤣

Big news at the Boesl House!! We have a litter of puppies on the way. Due very very soon actually. So with that being said….a little game.
We got her x-ray yesterday to see the number of puppies and I want to know everyone’s guess on the number!!
Hint: it’s either her biggest litter or her smallest litter. 😊

Thank you ALL from the bottoms of our hearts for you all sharing our puppy posts and commenting. It was amazing again this year. Buddy went home with his family tonight. He’s going to be a very spoiled little pup! I don’t know that I could have handled one more day with him. He was pulling on my old heart strings and one more day could have led to us keeping him. He is an amazing little pup!! ❤️❤️

The puppies will be 7 weeks old on Tuesday and Wednesday!!! I wanted to make an early post because we actually have 3 puppies available yet and they will start to go to their forever home throughout the next 2 weeks.. Please share our post!!

The pups are 3 weeks old!! They all have little eyes opening and look like little drunken sailors. They are also starting to get up on their feet and walk like drunken sailors.

Happy 2 weeks old puppies!!! A couple of them are starting to open their eyes. And they are starting to get up on their little legs.

The x-ray showed 9 and Doc was correct, there were 9. We have an even litter this time, 4 females and 4 males. Labor was good on Jordi. She pushed through every one like a champ. Usually I am the one in the kennel. This time, everyone was home to see the first one delivered. Before he was even born, I had stepped out and pulled the kids out of the kennel to give Jordi a minute, Joe comes out of the house, looking over his shoulder while entering the kennel, had a big s**t eating grin, and puts Jordi in his lap and says to her “alright girl I’m here, it’s time to start”. Jillian give me the “what the heck mom” look, I shrug and tell her “it’s your Dad”. 2 minutes later at 9:09pm the first pup was born. Joseph made it til about 10. Jillian stayed in the kennel with Joe until the last puppy was born at 1:17am. Pretty cool that we have 2 birth dates in one litter.
Unfortunately one of the pups was stillborn. Although very sad, we are happy that there was only one. We have been very blessed that this was our very first. the kids took it well and we all know that there’s nothing we could do. We do have a runt of the litter. I believe that this is a first for us as well. The little orange collar is the runt. ❤️
We’re pretty excited about this litter. We have a pretty awesome photo theme planned again so be on th watch for those.

Cheers! Cheers to our babies who turned 7 weeks old on Monday. They are all healthy, thriving, and ready to go home to be with their new families this weekend!! We are so excited for the families to have their pups and for the pups to be spoiled rotten. 😉

Puppy number 4 has arrived. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, our girl is a champ. The video is my favorite part of birthing puppies…the cleaning. *English cream golden retrievers. Besides feeling my own children in my belly this is a close second to the coolest thing EVER!!! Her previous 2 litters have been 10 puppies each so the puppies have been pretty small. This litter is pretty active and not as many so I was able to see them moving around for the very first time! Last night was the first time I could see it and actually feel it. I held onto her belly and they were moving all over in my hands!! UNBELIEVABLE!! ❤️❤️ #boeslsgoldens #jordiboeslthegoldenretriever
All day long!!! They don’t quit. This week is another big week for the Boesls. Jordi is in heat. So we will be going later this week, early next week to hang out with Jazz! I cannot wait for another beautiful litter of English Creams!!! We will keep everyone updated!!
