Scheduling
Summer is my busiest season, and I am currently fully booked through August. September appointments are filling quickly, so I encourage you to contact me as soon as you know you'd like to schedule your pet's grooming appointment.
Vaccination Requirements
Because I am located within a boarding and daycare facility, all pets are required to be current on the following vaccinations before services can be provided:
Pet Empire location requires:
Rabies
Bordetella
Distemper
(Titers are accepted)
Franzen Dog Training location requires:
Rabies
Distemper
(Titers are accepted)
Please send a photo or copy of your pet's current vaccination records before your appointment. This helps ensure a safe and healthy environment for all pets in the facility.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
