Position: Dog Walker & Overnight Pet Sitter
Location: All of our service areas (Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, Milton, Randolph, Canton, Norwood, Sharon)

Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight care for pets in clients home
- Feed, walk, and play with pets
- Administer any necessary medications
- Ensure pets' safety and comfort
-Provide companionship, compassion, and love! 💕

Requirements:
- Prior experience with pet sitting or animal care
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and responsibility
- References from past pet sitting jobs
-Compassion for animals

****11/1 - BLAZE UPDATE: our rockstar owner to owner BARC volunteer team has worked NONSTOP 🛑 to figure this out with the owner. Happy to report after a ton of blood sweat and tears 😭 BLAZE IS PENDING ADOPTION 🎉🙏🏼 please understand that SHARING (not leaving unnecessary comments) POSTS makes all the difference. Certainly the only way we found the right adopter was because of the incredible reach! This post was shared close to 7,000 times. So thank you 🙏🏼 to everyone who took a second to SHARE and save a life! ❤️ We’ll update again once Blaze has been adopted and gone to his new forever home.

We’re all over here crying 😢 and not one person has even asked about this boy let alone applied.

🎉 Huge Congratulations to James! 🎉
We’re thrilled to announce that James has officially passed his Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) exam! 🐾💪 This certification is no easy feat, requiring extensive knowledge, dedication, and hands-on experience. We’re so proud to have someone as committed and skilled as James on the Waggin’ & Waddlin’ team!

Whether he’s teaching basic commands, addressing behavioral challenges, or simply showing pups some extra love, James brings his all to each and every dog he works with. Join us in congratulating him on this amazing achievement! 🥳🐶

A huge congratulations to James McQuillan who has been an assistant trainer in CS group classes this past year as he prepared to take the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers exam for Certified Pet Dog Trainer, Knowledge Assessed.

Today he received the notification that he passed. What a wonderful achievement. James will be starting his own dog training business which I will share here once up and running.

Update 10/26/24: Boots for 7 days was safely trapped by MDM tonight!! He had a scary interaction with a coyote the night before and homeowners Patty and Tom chased the coyote away with a Louisville Slugger! Boots surprisingly returned later that night, ate some food on their patio and took a nap under their chair. We set up a live trap today and true to form, “Bootsy” went into the trap. His owners are ecstatic! Thanks to Sam of Hawkeye Aerial Systems for his assistance .It took a village and the outpouring of support from neighbors, friends and family was extremely heartwarming. Welcome home Boots 🥰 Photos in comments.
