As it gets colder don’t forget our feral friends! And no, we don’t mean your in-laws!

**with the colder weather, we ran out of straw. More will be delivered to the tent this week, we will post the day it's restocked**

We have a self serve straw tent this year to provide your dogs with a dry, warmer doghouse. The tent is located at Hoyt Park (near the ball field next to the zoo) at 1574 S Washington. Please help yourself to just one bale per dog so everyone has a chance to get one. We will being filling the tent all winter ❤️🐶
Why straw? Straw does not hold in moisture and provides insulation to keep your pet dry & warmer in the cold temperatures. Blankets & cushions will freeze!

Attention clients: please understand that our time is extremely important to us and we maintain a crazy personal schedule to ensure we are available for our clients. That being said when making your appointments, to keep your appointments that are made. This ensures that we continue to be able to serve our clients in the best way possible.
After three reschedules or no shows, we will discontinue serving that client out of respect for our time.
We do not enjoy having to have strict policies however, it is necessary in order to keep operating at our best ability. Thank you understanding.

This is why we don’t shave double coated dogs! It is for the health of the pup!

A common grooming mistake is shaving a double coated breed. Shaving dogs such as Newfoundlands, Huskies, Shepherds, and Pomeranians can lead to issues. Their coat has evolved to help the dog self regulate in a variety of temperatures. Shaving this coat can cause a variety of problems and it may not ever grow back the same. We do not recommend shaving double coated breeds unless it is medically necessary.
