Please give a warm welcome to Murphy, our newest addition to the Practically Positive Dog Training pack! Murphy is a spunky 7-month-old Livestock Guardian Mix who will be joining us for the next 7 weeks.

Murphy's here to work on some leash manners (who doesn't love a good walk, but not when you're the one being walked!), basic obedience, and building his confidence around new experiences. This includes getting used to things like playful babies and exciting new environments. We're confident that with some positive reinforcement training and lots of love, Murphy will be a well-rounded pup in no time!

We've Been MIA, But Our Tails Are Wagging for a Reason!
We at Practically Positive Dog Training owe you all a big apology for the radio silence lately! We've been swamped with amazing dog parents and training their furry besties, and all our current service slots are full!

Koa is a superstar! He aced his first lesson learning Sitz (sit) and Platz (down), and he's looking so proud of himself in this video check in!

His dad is doing great too, it's clear they're both thrilled with Koa's quick progress.

Next, we will continue with SitzPlatzSitzStehPlatzSteh (SitDownSitStandDownStand) to work on transitions through every stationary position! Koa has started his foundation in Attention, Recall, Sitz, Platz, Pfui (Leave it), Marker Words, and Release Words, so we will continue to build on these behaviors while introducing leash manners and more next lesson!

Meet Koa, the 8-month-old black lab mix with boundless energy and brains to match! He's embarking on a paw-sitive adventure with Practically Positive's Day Training Program, and boy are we excited for him!

Koa's got big dreams (fetching that elusive duck?! ️) but needs some guidance to make them a reality. So, he's learning valuable skills with our Off Leash Basic Obedience course with German commands (fancy, right?!) and tackling his resource-guarding tendencies. We're talking "leave it" like a pro and sharing toys like a champ!
