For those that don’t know, kunekunes are known for their smaller size, dark red meat, and lack of desire to root up pastures. These pigs hardly root and would do best in a pasture situation. As you can see they currently don’t have a pasture but would thrive in one! If you don’t have a pasture, they’ll still do well in a pen like they currently live in. None of these we have are aggressive. They currently hang out with chickens and haven’t tried to harm any of them. They also seem to get along with our Pyrenees. The large female is probably ready to breed or getting close to age! Pm for more info.

Hey everyone! Just an update to our farm.
We no longer sell or breed any goats. We do still have Kune kune pigs and some turkeys.
This upcoming spring, we plan to breed and hatch Bourbon Red turkeys!

Kunekune sow in Brewton, AL 🐷🐖
Meet Charlotte! Charlotte is a full grown Kunekune sow looking for a new home. In a pasture where they have access to a mud hole, Kunekune pigs don’t root as much as normal pigs, if at all! She won’t get any bigger, but she can get fatter. She’s a wonderful mom to her piglets and very friendly to people. Will need a livestock trailer to move.
We’re motivated to move her soon, so pm for more info or make an offer!

The first one is Dottie. Dottie kidded last year for us and gave us one beautiful little buckling. She is a beautiful girl, we assume she is a Nigerian Dwarf/ Pygmy mix.
The second girl is Bitsy. We’ve had Bitsy for over a year now. I’m not sure what breed she is, we call her a Heinz 57 goat! She’s pretty skittish as well, but she’s definitely warmed up to us more than we ever expected.
Both does have been exposed to our billy goat. Dottie looks to be possibly pregnant but I can’t make any guarantees!

We are slowly dwindling down on our farm, trying to make it to where we can focus more on the important things in life!! With that being said, we are putting our sweet girl Brownie up for discussion. She is possibly bred, she’s been running with our buck for quite some time now. She’s very food motivated, comes right up to you as long as you’ve got treats, and would make an awesome addition to a herd of larger goats.
Brownie is a Nigerian Dwarf/ Boer mix (best guess, not 100% sure!)
