This was my most emotional transport. I’m sure people saw me in the food court crying and assumed I’d just been broken up with. The only thing that makes this okay is knowing that the baby is going to an AMAZING family. I’m so thankful than even months later I get pictures sent to me 🐶💜

I have had the privilege of working with Sarah for a considerable period of time, and her dedication, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills have made her an invaluable asset.

Sarah has been responsible for delivering several puppies for me as a flight nanny. Her punctuality is unmatched and she consistently ensures that each delivery is made with as few complications as possible. She understands the importance of adhering to schedules as much as possible and how important it is to soothe a buyers nerves in a day and age when there are unfortunately a lot of scammers out there. Sarah's commitment to being reliable and dependable is truly commendable.

One of Sarah's standout qualities is her exceptional communication skills. Throughout the entire delivery process, she keeps the buyer and me updated and informed every step of the way including photos which really helps a buyer feel confident that their puppy really is on the way and they have not been scammed. Whether it is providing regular updates on flight details, sharing photographs of the puppies, or even just checking in to ensure the puppies are comfortable, Sarah goes above and beyond to keep everyone involved reassured. Her ability to effectively communicate and promptly respond to any queries or concerns sets her apart from others in her field.

Sarah consistently goes the extra mile in her work as a flight nanny. She understands the importance of delivering these precious puppies safely and ensures their well-being throughout the journey. Sarah pays attention to every detail, making sure the puppies are comfortable, have access to food and water, and are kept in an stress-free environment as much as possible. She has become an expert in dealing with very tiny puppies that may become hypoglycemic due to the stress of the trip.
