Peaches actually pulled hair this time. This was her final try to breed her before culling happened. I can't wait to see what Monday brings. I wish I could of gotten on video but little hippo movement was spotted today. I hope she pulls through and gives booted for us and a friend.😊

THEY ARRIVED!!!!! Bella Rose Rabbitry thank you for trusting us with these two. My kids are so excited to finally have them here. We all are actually. Dunn's Critter Transport was amazing to work with highly recommend them. They kept us updated on their way and was on time at meeting spot.

Blue is a buck and will be our buck to breed to all our black and blue gals.

Black is a doe because we don't have a self black and though she looks scared now she is a cutie.

We need some names for them. Western is a plus!

Hazel is a broken amber with amber ,Lilac, Harlequin, chin, tri, chocolate chin in pedigree.

Last call castor with California, sable, Japanese blue, chocolate, lilac, Opal , and chin in her pedigree.

Ski black otter with chocolate otter, blue otter, lilac, blue, black otter, chocolate, black in her pedigree.

Virgil w/choc/g-org with amber lynx, Harlequin, choc chin, choc org tri, chin, blk, lilac otter, Opal in his pedigree.

Im so excited to watch her grow. There are a few i am watching closely but this black otter makea my heart flutter.

Well we added a new breed i wasnt even expecting. This is just for fun so no plans to add another. The kids and husband are happy and thats all that matters to me. Pst its a Chinchilla-black and a handsome boy. Now to dig deep to learn more about the breed official picture will come.
We also brought Nutmeg home from Big Buckin' Bunz Rabbitry and we couldnt be happier she will be a beautiful addition to our bunch. I absolutely love all of our buns from there.

We hopefully will have kits coming next month from an amazing breeder as well. Fingers crossed for some chocolaty things. (Wont let me tag her)

Well today was a lot of learning and fun. Met some amazing peeps. Look forward to the next show. Took in a lot of information. Here is to bettering our rexs and also my husband and kids did a think but its cute 😍.

Today is a big day. Its day of cleaning cages and weighing kits then i have two does i will be breeding. We have to get 5 cages ready for the show and brush the 4. We will be decorating out front of our house because its the last nice warm day to do so. Then fluff out our Christmas tree. I then need to load a trailer for denver. Coffe all day. Oh and our skid wont start so i need to truck all the shavings and poo with wheelbarrows 🫠

Cuteness overload. This is a box of chocolates kind of litter so im thinking of names like truffles so if you have suggestion in mind please comment 😊

Doing morning chores i checked mopsy and she was in her box currently kindling. So i skipped her and came back she had 8 and 2 doa. I think it would have only been 1 doa if the other didnt get stuck. It was stretched and the size of my hand. The other looked underdeveloped to me. There are 5 broken and 3 solids. Looks like a lot of chocolate in here. This makes Virgil's 3rd litter. Poor A was sad but explained that life is hard and not all make it/or some shouldn't make it. #Rabbit #kindling #rex #babyhippos #kits

The second half of seasalts hippos

Seasalt has released the hippos. She had 8 with no soa. Excited to watch them grow it even looks like a chocolaty thing in there and a Harli.

Peaches is being a snot and throwing out her straw apparently she dont need it in there. And you can hear seasalt in the back causing ruckus. Big Buckin' Bunz Rabbitry.

Fruity Pebbles released 8 hostages. One is a itty bitty thing. But they are all doing good.

So yesterday i was bummed we didn't have more kits. Well silly me i was off on my days and fruity pebbles was actually due today. We did my nightly checks and was able to get some videos of movement. So please enjoy bunnie kicks. And hope to have video of baby hippos tomorrow morning.
