The environments we inhabit can have a profound impact on our mental and emotional well-being. When we're constantly surrounded by negativity, judgment, and criticism, it's easy to slip into survival mode, always on the defensive.
That's why it's so important to seek out and create spaces that allow us to be our authentic selves, free from fear or judgment. We deserve to be in environments that bring out the softness in us, not the survival.
So take a moment to reflect on the spaces you inhabit - are they nurturing and supportive, or do they leave you feeling drained and defensive? If it's the latter, it may be time to reevaluate whether those environments are truly serving you.
